Design

I made a case that fully encompasses the DISC, in 2 parts.

I didn't like how the screen, which was vital to the usage of the device was protruded and exposed, so I made the front part with a simple raised edge to absorb the impact if the device were to be dropped or hit against something.

For the back part, I made 3 different versions, based on your preference. The simplest version is the blank clipless cover that acts as a simple case. The other 2 versions feature a clip that allows the user to clip the DISC to their pocket or belt, letting you show it off to people and freeing up your hands and pockets.

The clip versions come in 2 versions of its own, 1 with the earphone jacks facing upwards if you prefer a more direct wire connection, and the other version with the earphone jacks facing down, suiting a more conventional orientation.

Update (16/8/2026): Added a version of the bottom plate that comes with a ring on the top that should be compatible with a keyring. Will make necessary changes if issues are encountered with it.

Printing

I printed it out myself in PLA. PETG should be fine as well.

The prints should come out sufficiently in the orientations as is.

The screen half and the clipless bottom half should print fine without supports, but feel free to enable tree supports for ease of mind.

The parts with clips though, are trickier. For the strongest clamp result, print them in the orientations as is, and do so with tree supports enabled. But if you know an alternative orientation to print it easier with roughly the same results, feel free to teach me!

Post-Processing

The supports should be easy to remove.

However, I made sure the prints would tightly fit the DISC, so it may not fully fit with the DISC at first. If this happens, not to worry, just carefully separate the case, and sand the insides a bit. It should fit with a snap afterwards.

Final Thoughts

I've been waiting for a 3D Model of an actual case for the DISC for a long while, but nothing ever came up. So I did like Thanos and did it myself. This is actually my first time modelling a functional print for myself and posting it out for people to enjoy, so if you have any feedback, do let me know! I'm still learning so I'll try my best to adjust anything and make any improvements!
