Описание

Seeing that the Core One L has the accelerometer in the tool head love board, it seemed that an alternative position could work (as well as this is true with Bambu machines)

Seeing the limited space of the MK4s nextruder by the nozzle, I tried a few different ideas and then settled on a modification for the side door that covers the thumb screws. My modification allows me to easily slide in the accelerometer and then I can swap it in to the toolhead and do my test very easy for the X axis, and then use the original cover design to do the Y axis while attached to my mod.

I did Input Shaping Calibration and Phase Stepping Calibration with this and the results are incredibly crisp. On the photos the Left Orca Cube is with the revised part and new values for Input shaper and Phase Stepping. The Benchy is phenomenally crisp.

The model is made from PLA and printed with it laying on the flat side as shown by the CAD model photo with the R1 label tilted back.

No Supports needed. Printed at 0.2mm, and 3 perimeters, 15% infill.

You can print in PETG, or ASA as well. Just make sure the door is tight when you set up the calibration and then you can back it off a quarter turn to open the door as needed for thumb screw axis
