Nozzle Changing Wrench (Hex wrench w. nominal dimension 7mm)

This tool is essentially a wing‑nut–style wrench with a hexagonal cutout designed to fit a standard Prusa nozzle. It allows you to change your nozzle without using a traditional open‑end wrench.

The main advantage over a regular wrench is that you only need to position it once — you can rotate it continuously without having to reposition it after every turn. It’s also useful for guiding the nozzle into the heat block if the space under the print head / the nozzle itself feels a bit tight / tiny.

I printed mine in PETG, and it was strong enough to tighten a Prusa nozzle securely without needing the metal wrench for the final bit of torque.

I wouldn’t recommend using it for E3D‑style nozzles, since those must be tightened while hot, and a printed wrench won’t withstand the required temperatures.
