Wurkkos HD03 Flashlight Mount for Bicycles

Holder for the Wurkkos HD03 (or similar), designed to mount on to a bicycle, round pole or the Vello folding-bike magnetic safety-lamp connector.

Description

This holder allows the Wurkkos™ HD03 or similar to be used as a bicycle light. Use the respective counterpart for your specific application:

- Vello™ magnetic connector

- Handlebar mount

- Steering-Pole mount

- permanent fixture on some pole

The design was made in FreeCAD , and the editable source model is included so it can be adjusted, remixed, or used as a basis for other lamp holders.

Printing

- Material: PETG or PCTG recommended. Using a dark color make parts more UV resistant and last longer outdoors.

- Infill: None or Default or 20% Lightning

- Support: none

- Brim: none

- Nozzle Size: 0.4mm or 0.6mm.

- Wall loops: 4 on 0.4mm nozzle. 3 on 0.6mm nozzle.

Assembly

- slide the dovetail joint of the bike-facing part together with the lamp-facing part. Probably will need some force and hammering. The two parts should form a permanent press-fit and are not meant to come apart.
