Blackstone grease drip tray form/mold 3"x7"

I like to start with the motivation for this design. I wanted to make a good drip tray with heavy duty aluminum foil. I am cheap and $1 a tray is a bit much.

First step is to tear off some aluminum foil. You need enough to go around the sides and bottom. Pull the sides of the foil up and make nice clean corners and form it around the form. Take the form out and put the tray into the drip tray. DO NOT PUSH THE FOIL INTO THE DRIP TRAY WITH THE FORM. You will tear the foil forcing the form and foil into the drip tray.

The model is two files to avoid using supports. Glue is not really needed for the handle.

I printed in PETG and 10% infill.
