Описание
The original crank arm on my spreader became damaged, This is a printable replacement as Scotts does not offer a replacement.
Printed in PETG for improved strength, durability, and outdoor use. The crank was designed with a reinforced structure to handle the repeated twisting load during operation.
Print Settings
- Material: PETG
- Walls / Perimeters: 4
- Infill: 100% Gyroid
- Layer height: Your preferred PETG profile
Notes
- PETG is recommended for this application due to its toughness and better temperature resistance.
- Print orientation may affect strength; the included model is intended to maximize the crank arm's resistance to twisting forces.
- To install, squeeze the split handle pin end together on the backside of the crank and push handle out. Simply press it into the replacement crank and remount crank to shaft.
