MGN9H to MGN12H adapter

Print Settings

- Choose a filament that meets the temperature and strength needs of the adapter. I chose ASA GF .

- Infill: 40% Adaptive Cubic. This is not critical and is somewhat dependent on the application.

- It is recommended to use 100% infill around the M3 bolt holes. It is not critical, but gives the bolts a firmer surface to mount against.

- Wall: 5 lines

Adapter Installation

Parts Required:

- M3 T-Nut

- M3x8 Cap head bolt

Assembly Instructions:

- Tighten the adapter to the linear rail by inserting the tightening the M3x8 bolts.

- M3 T-Nuts are slid in over the M3 x 6 bolts to fasten an MGN12H attachment to the linear rail.

- Attach the MGN12H component

Belt Attachment Installation

Parts Required:

- M3 heat set inserts

- GT2 9mm belt

Assembly Instructions:

- Install the heat set inserts in to the 2 holes on the side of the adapter

- Fasten the belt to the front of the belt attachment

- for the 2 attachments points in the back, wrap the belt around an M3 screw and fold the belt on itself.
