Custom Arcade Controller / Fight Stick Enclosure

Build your own classic arcade controller! This enclosure is designed for retro gaming enthusiasts and fighting game fans. The model is highly customizable—I highly recommend mixing and matching colors for the top cover, bottom, and buttons to create a unique look!

⚙ Print Settings

- Material: PETG (recommended for durability)

- Perimeters (Walls): 3

- Infill: 15% Gyroid

- Supports: None required! (Print-in-place friendly design)

🛠 Hardware Needed

- Action Buttons: 8x 30mm snap-in buttons.

- Menu/Option Buttons: 2x 24mm snap-in buttons.

- Screws: * M3 x 20mm (or slightly shorter) for assembling the top and bottom covers.

- M3 x 10mm for mounting the USB encoder board.

- Arcade Joystick & standard USB encoder board.

🧩 Assembly Notes

- Joystick Mounting: You need to remove the factory metal mounting plate from your joystick. Screw the bare mechanism directly into the printed top cover.

- Cable Routing (Strain Reliefs): USB cables come with different strain relief sizes. I have provided options to fit whatever cable you have:

- Wall v1: Originally designed for cables with a smaller strain relief. Bonus: I included an adapter, so if you have a thicker cable, you can use Wall v1 + the adapter.

- Wall v2: Designed specifically and only for cables with the larger/thicker strain relief.
