Printing & Assembly

- Supports: are required for the underside of the frame piece. Paint them onto the underside ribs only.

- Nozzle: 0.4mm

- Layer Height: 0.2mm or 0.16mm for ultra-smooth surfaces and crisp edges.

- Perimeters: 3 for all areas. Use scarf joints especially on the buttons and holes for smooth action.

- Material Tip: PLA should work fine for this application. For a modern look, print in a matte black or brushed metallic filament; or use crisp white to blend with contemporary home decor.
