Описание

32 mm Hydraulic Hose Clamp / Ham Radio Antenna Element Mount

A two-piece clamp designed for holding a 32 mm diameter hydraulic hose, pipe, tube, or amateur radio antenna element .

The split design allows the clamp to be installed around an existing tube or hose without sliding it over the end. It can be used for hydraulic hose organization, mechanical DIY projects, or amateur radio antenna construction.

For antenna projects, the clamp can be used for mounting aluminium elements, support tubes, boom components, coaxial cable supports, or other cylindrical parts with an outside diameter of approximately 32 mm.

Features

- Designed for 32 mm outside-diameter tubes, hoses, and antenna elements

- Two-piece construction for easy installation

- Can be installed without removing or disconnecting the tube

- M6 mounting and clamping holes

- Upper part includes recessed holes for M6 socket-head cap screws

- Lower part includes M6 through-holes

- Flat lower mounting surface for attachment to a metal plate, antenna bracket, or other support

- Suitable for Yagi, dipole, vertical, and other amateur radio antenna projects

- Suitable for hydraulic hose organization and non-pressure-bearing support

- Designed to print without complicated support structures

- Suitable for outdoor printing materials such as ASA or PCTG

Recommended Materials

ASA — Recommended for Outdoor Use

ASA is the recommended material for permanent outdoor antenna installations because of its resistance to:

- UV radiation

- Rain and moisture

- Temperature changes

- Long-term outdoor exposure

PCTG — Recommended Alternative

PCTG is also a suitable choice because of its:

- Good mechanical strength

- High impact resistance

- Strong layer adhesion

- Lower brittleness compared with standard PETG

PETG may be used for prototypes, indoor use, or lighter-duty applications. ABS, PA, or other durable engineering materials may also be suitable when printed correctly.

For permanent outdoor antenna installations, ASA is the preferred material, with PCTG as a good alternative .
