Rat Trap Mod (Cave)

Simple cover for Victor or similar rat traps to keep the rat in the kill zone. Easily slips over end of trap. Has small hole on the sides to tack it or screw it in place, but usually just slipping it on works fine.

Note the ledge deep on the inside top. This is for placing your bait, like peanut butter, so the rat has to reach for it over the trip paddle. Also this keeps the trap from getting messy with bait. You can easily slide this off and wash under hot water when needed.
