Added support to upper push handle

Revised ‘REV B' Left and Right Wing.

Some users were reporting issues getting the front caster to fully rotate, with it hitting a small section on the 'Wing' in the mounting area. Wings REV B fixes this problem. No need to reprint, simply ensure your front caster wheels are able to fully rotate. Use a utility knife to shave down any areas to achieve full rotation as needed.

Revised ‘REV C’ Front caster mount - easier to install

Changed standard TPU 95A tire setting to: 3 walls and 20% infill. Harder tires gave users a smoother ride

Added 1-part footrest Added 3D-printed washers to build plates instead of using metal washers.

Additional Plate for TPU 98A tires (TPU 98A will be included in the KIT, print TPU 98A tires at 6% infill)

Note: All other TPU parts remain unchanged between 98A and 95A
