Описание
A co-operative heist for 1–4 players, about thirty minutes, where everything on the table is printed: one round plate, a dragon whose head turns, four heroes, eleven gems, six pillars, four bones, a flame and one die. No cards, no paper.
▶ Watch it explained and played — 12 minutes: https://youtu.be/e4reuDqIZbE
The dragon sleeps in the middle of a cavern of three rings and twelve sectors. It sits on a twelve-sided boss: lift it and set it down a notch to turn its head. The sector its snout points at, and the one on each side, are its gaze; a hero standing there without a pillar in the way is spotted, the wake marker jumps two steps along the rim, and the hero's gem falls where it stands. Four heroes — thief, knight, scout, mage, each with one talent — creep in through the tunnel to lift gems worth 3, 2 or 1 by ring and carry them out one at a time. Every lift clinks the head a notch toward the thief. After the heroes move, one die turns the head one or two notches, sniffs toward the nearest bone or hero, or snores. Bank fifteen of the twenty-three points before the flame reaches the dragon's eye.
14 distinct parts, 32 pieces, about 220 g, nothing needs supports; the plate and the die are two-colour if you want them to be. The green box body and lid are included. The pink compartment tray in the photos is a separate organiser, not part of this model. Rules (two pages, with a typeset PDF and nine machine translations), a print guide and a measured rating — luck vs skill on a graded roster, decision density, game length — are included. Measured over 600 games per policy: a table that ignores the dragon wins 7 %, the rule of thumb wins 22 %, weighing the die wins 45 %.
Print it
32 pieces from 14 distinct parts. No supports, no brim (except the plate), no hardware, no glue. The download holds 20 files: the 14 parts, ready-to-print plates of the pillars, gems and bones, and the two-colour variants. About 130 g as sliced, plus 150 g if you print the box.

Two colours, if you want them. The plate: load plate_2c.3mf — one object, two parts, filaments already assigned, nothing to click. The ink is only the top 0.6 mm, so the purge is about 1 g. plate.stl is the same plate in one colour.
The die: die_2c.stl → Split to Parts → give die_ink the second filament, and print it instead of die.stl . The ink is one connected shell — a web of 1 mm traces ties the six faces through the centre, symmetric on all three axes, so the die stays fair.
Turn ironing OFF on a two-colour plate — the dimples are 1.8 mm deep and the engraving only 0.6 mm.
Put it together
Every part seats straight DOWN into a dimple, over the boss, or into a peg hole. There is no sideways fit anywhere, and nothing is glued.
1. Plate on the table, tunnel lobe toward you.
2. Arch — its two pegs into the two holes on the lobe, opening facing the plate. It marks the tunnel cell, and the heroes stand behind it.
3. Dragon — its socket over the plate's twelve-sided boss, snout toward any sector. It lifts off and re-seats in 30° steps, and that IS the game's mechanism: check it turns freely and refuses a half-notch. The socket is 20.4 mm across flats over a 20.0 mm boss. If yours binds, sand the boss flats, never the socket.
4. Pillars — six, pegs into the dimples of the six starred cells. Or wherever the table likes, as long as it is never two in one sector and never on a gem.
5. Gems — each on its numbered dimple: 3s on the inner ring, 2s in the middle, 1s outside. The foot drops in and lifts out with two fingers.
6. Flame on wake dimple 0 beside the tunnel, heroes in the tunnel, bones and die beside the plate. That is the setup, and this is what it looks like printed:
The box is optional
A two-part component box, printed in two pieces, holds the pieces — the plate travels outside it. The lid is two-colour the same way as the plate.
