RatRig V-Core 4.1 Rapido-X Fan Shroud

Why This Exists?

The RatRig V-Core 4.1 CNC machined toolhead was designed with the Rapido UHF Gen 2 hotend in mind. Recently Phaetus released the Rapido-X, a new version that has the same overall length but the wiring exits the hotend in a fixed and different location. This fan shroud is designed to accommodate the new hotend's particular design and fit better to its redesigned heatsink as well. This should allow for the use of a Rapido-X to gain higher filament volumetric flow rates, without having to change anything other than this fan shroud!

Important Assembly Note

To allow for the Rapido-X's wiring channel, the lower right Fan screw no longer has a heat insert. There is not enough material left for one while maintaining a smooth cable routing.

This design replaces the lower right M3x12 screw with an M3x10 screw. DO NOT INSTALL the original M3x12 as it will pass through into the hotend wiring channel and could chafe the wires!

If you install a different fan, or a fan grille, check to ensure your chosen screws don't hit the wires!
