18MM Conduit Shoe Rack

All I did was open up the hole a little bit because the conduit I grabbed didn't fit. I live in the US so the conduit I have should be 1/2" but I put my calipers on it and it was 18mm. Hole is 18.5mm and the pipe fits snugly now.
