120 tooth Lego compatible gear

Used an involute tooth generator by Robert Conklin for Solidworks.

Print instructions

Printed in PETG, supports required because of the little nubs on both sides of the gear.

.15 layer height, 3 perimeters, 20% infill. Highly suggest Elephant Foot compensation.

The three perimeters allows the teeth to be solid, while the body is infill.
