TR8 mk3s/mk2s x-ends and z-axis-top

Modification of mk3s x-ends and z-axis-top for use with TR8 lead screw, endstop block returns, taller nut trap for belt tightening.

After printing run a 3mm drill slowly through the inside bolt hole, I've reworked the nut trap support to be a single solid layer.

Building up a new i3 based on new plastic parts to sit alongside my old i3 mk0 I sourced some cheap trapezoid z motors only to discover the mk3s design uses larger threads.

Redesign of R3 x-ends for smaller lead screw, uses M20 bolts to attach leadscrew nut. Also chose the mk2s z-axis-top design to modify as the leadscrews and solid bar were longer so needed through holes.

Also I'm using a RAMPS board so I put the endstop block back on the motor end from the mk2s design.

Upon fitting the belt tightening bolt discovered the nut trap was only 2mm, filed down a nut for now but this design has 3.5mm nut height which should be more ample.
