This is a Customizable bobble head with Lego. Built with Emoji Printer Bobbleheads base made by 3d Printy. You can add Legos to the Lego brick to make any bobble head you can imagine. If you bobble head is tipping because of you Lego design. You could try making a wide base use in 3d Printy's Parametric Bobblehead Bases . Print with no support. You may have to clean up the edges of the studs for the Lego to fit right with your filament cutters. You can also use ironing for good results.
