Lithophane Frame Light Box with Fairy Lights

For my model I used small battery powered fairy lights with 40 LEDs.

I made different variants so that most common picture formats can be used. The heigt is always 130mm. For the model in the pictures I have used a 3x2 picture.

For perfect fit I had to do a little bit of sanding on the frame of my lithophane. If you can not make yours fit fit you can use one of the models with higher tolerances (called "_LOOSE")

Print Settings:

Support needed!! The pins in the middle don't need support so you can use a suport blocker in that area. I suggest printing it laying flat.

Lithophane Settings:

I used this website to create my lithophane: Image to Lithophane (3dp.rocks) Make sure you use the same settings as I did (you can use different Thinnest Layer and Vectors Per Pixel settings if you want) :
