Cat Ball Toy with Rattle

Simple cat toy ball with rattle. The rattles were printed in different colors than the balls and dropped in during a pause when printing the ball.

I found producing good results with minimal warping on the lower half of the ball requires slowing the print speed down significantly and increasing the cooling fan speed. If you have superior part cooling, you may be able to get away with faster speeds on the lower half. A small raft or support material also helped with adhesion to the print surface when printing the ball. A brim was added to the rattle for better adhesion as well.
