Описание

Fully printable T-nut for 3030 aluminum extrusions such as those found on the Prusa Mk3/Mk3S. Available in M3, M4, and M5 printed-in threads. Can handle light duty work as long as you're not hamfisted and over-tighten it. I've used these with my flange for 1/4" NPT to mount my T-10 lamp shade and Logitech C910 camera holder on Loc-Line tubing.

Included the Fusion 360 source file if you felt like making any changes.

Background

Searched thingiverse (RIP) for a fully printable T-nut for 3030 extrusions. At that point in time the site was having big problems and searches took a long time if they worked at all, so I wound up designing from scratch. After I did that, the site got slightly less awful and I found several of exactly what I was looking for. Oops.

Some other fully-printable designs done by other folks:

- Drop in T-Nut for Prusa 30x30 Profiles - Drop-in M5 t-nut for 3030 This one doesn't have printed-in threads. There are tons of T-nuts available here, but most use a captive nut. I didn't feel like finding those, and knew that my application didn't need the extra strength of a nut anyway.
