Frame introduction

The Probr was designed around the DJI O3 video system and is now upgraded to support DJI O4 Pro system as well. The goal was to have a frame with props out of view that's still very compact, solid and usable. This is the result.

The frame weights ~50g assembled (from 42g of carbon).

Specs :

- Props and frame out of view (to be checked on the 4" arms, fine for the others sizes). - ND filter support for the O3 camera - 3.5" or 4" inch separate arms. - 9x9 and 12x12 motor mounts. - Dual 25.5x25.5 and 20x20 electronic mounts. - Camera plates with TPU inserts for camera dampening.

Assembly and hardware needed

- 6x M2 20mm standoffs - 8x M2 Pressnuts (mount hole is 4.1 mm) - 8x M2 10mm screws (arm interlock) - 2x M2 8mm screws (front bottom standoffs) - 2x M2 12mm screws (central bottom standoffs) - 8x M2 6mm screws (rear bottom + top plate) The arms are 4mm thick so you also need 6mm motor screws.

On the top plate you can countersunk the holes, use countersunk M2 screws.

Getting the frame cut

you need to send the provided DXF files with the following instructions :

- 4 x arms (choose 3.5in, 4in according to your needs) : 4mm carbon fiber - 2 x cam plates : 1.5mm carbon fiber - 1 x nose plate : 1.5mm carbon fiber - 1 x main plate : 2mm carbon fiber - 1 x cross plate : 2mm carbon fiber - 1 x spine : 3mm carbon fiber - 1 x top plate : 2mm carbon fiber (choose between normal or side mount) You can optionally ask for countersunk holes on the rear of the top plate and have your screws sitting flush, chamfered arms, etc.

Installing the VTX

The rear bay have 20x20 and 25.5x25.5 M2 mounts.
