LowRider v3 CNC - Tool-less Quick-Change Accessory Holder - supports laser, drag knife, pen, etc (v3.0 and v3.1)

(I'm leaving the old files from the previous version 3.0 available here as a Zip file, just in case, but for use of the new version, don't use the old files in the Zip.)

This is a remix of several prior iterations.

Print info:

- Prints with no supports needed. - Print as oriented. - Use the same number of perimeter walls and same infill as most of the LowRider 3 parts. - I'm including two versions of Accessory Holder v3.1 MOUNT B - a “NORMAL FIT” version and a “VERY TIGHT FIT” version. I recommend trying the normal first. If your printer is under extruding then you could switch to the “very tight fit” version. Otherwise, the tight version is not likely to work for you at all.

This design can work with either the original LR3 router mount & dust shoe (for 48mm hose) designed for Makita router, and also can work with my remix of that mount & dust shoe (for 2.5" hose), which is linked below. Other router mounts (such as Dewalt) may also be supported if they were based on the same design from V1 Engineering.

Thanks to Brady B 's remix of my earlier work, I was able to mashup his mount frontend with my new slider-mount backend. - To the folks who downloaded this between its launch a couple of days ago and today's fix of the one part labelled “Accessory Holder v3.0 MOUNT B (Tool Change Slider).stl”: please re-download and if you already printed that part, please reprint it.

- May 4, 2023 - overhauled this listing to make it more tolerant of printers that are either over-extruding or under-extruding. As discussed on the V1E forum , since the mounting track is wedge shaped, then by removal of the upper stop block (or “ceiling”) in the previous v3.0, we have now made it so that the upward motion of installing a tool mount wedge is not concluded by reaching an upper stop, but rather by when the wedge sides achieve contact. This means a tight fit no matter someone’s level of under extrusion or over extrusion. - April 17, 2023 - revised the drag knife attachment to lower it, as fellow V1E maker Tom @ Tna_331 , reported the height of drag knife was too high, needing lowered by at least ½" —this revised version was lowered by 17mm. - April 2, 2023 - Added a rounded nub on the tip of the cam lever. - March 13, 2023 - Added NEJE A40640 Laser mount, which is a remix of Brady B 's remix of my earlier work. Also fixed hole alignment issues to achieve backward compatibility with previous editions of pen holder remixes, and related such as laser holders, etc. I had meant to, and thought I had, and had announced it was backward compatible. - March 10, 2023 - Original remix uploaded. Labelled as v3.0.
