Описание

I needed a light source after I placed my Kobra Neo in an IKEA enclosure, it became too dark inside and found myself using a flashlight quite often.

This is an all DIY design, for it to work you will need the following:

- 10 mm wide LED strip. I bought a 1 meter 24V COB LED which I then cut into about 32 cm long strips. - Some wiring. - 19 mm push button (optional) if you would like to switch the LED strip when not in use, otherwise it will be turned ON as long as the printer is switched ON. - 2* M3 x 11 mm screws to fix the switch using T-nuts - 4* M3 x 11 mm optional screws to fix the assembly on the printer (design is not provided! only holes in the bar assembly) I connected the LED directly to the 24V PSU on the Neo, if you choose a different voltage LED strip then make sure to have a voltage regulator to the rated voltage of your LED.

The bar itself is larger than my print bed, hence I used the cut tool in PrusaSlicer 2.6 and added some connecters. After some sanding, the parts fit in perfectly and don't need any further gluing or so.

I added a cover piece to hide the wiring on the bar.

Print settings:

- Supports are only needed on the optional switch part - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill:10-20% - Material: PLA
