Описание

English description below

This is a small remix of Petit_Homard_Breton's modification of the Dagoma DiscoEasy 200 gantry.

This simply cut a chunk out of the left side of the X axis holder (motor side) that allows the tool head included in the "Add-on 3 - Pack Expert" to properly home and hit the X axis endstop.

The new tool head uses a longer bearing (LM8 L UU) on the rear side of the gantry, as a way to prevent the tool head to have slop by containing it better in rotation along the Y axis.

You must still use the right side from Petit_Homard_Breton's Thing, as no modification on is required for it.

Note: This introduce a bit of side to side play on the rear rod. This seems to not impact print quality or noise.

This could be aleviated by reducing the depth of the blind hole on the left side of the gantry for that rod. I have not yet got around to try to do that. I will update this thing in case I end up modifying the right side.

How I Designed This =================== Loosely compared the part from https://github.com/dagoma3d/STL-DiscoEasy200-Official/blob/Release/Add-on%203%20-%20Pack%20Expert/DKU001663%20-%20Axe%20X%20gauche/DKU001663%20-%20Axe%20X%20gauche.STL with the one from the source of this remix, and pocketed through a small cutout.

In pink, you can see the part from the expert pack; in green, you can see the modified one that allows clearance for the print head.

By comparing the STL from Dagoma posted on their github here https://github.com/dagoma3d/STL-DiscoEasy200-Official/blob/Release/Add-on%203%20-%20Pack%20Expert/DKU001663%20-%20Axe%20X%20gauche/DKU001663%20-%20Axe%20X%20gauche.STL with the original part, I drew a cut-out of the same shape
