Описание

A remix of Paul Phillips' ADXL mount. However, it uses this particular ADXL345 combo unit from Mellow Labs:

Bill Of Materials

- One Mellow RP2040/ADXL345 module - see AliExpress link above - Two M3 x 12 mm bolts - Two M3 x 8 mm bolts - Two M3 nuts - One USB-C cable

Setup

Mounting

I used two M3 x 12mm bolts for attaching the Mellow module to the mount, and two M3 x 8 mm bolts for mounting the whole assembly onto the SV06 hotend.

Klipper

You'll want to setup the accelerometer module as dictated on Mellow's AliExpress page. The axes map will have to be updated in Klipper as such:

[adxl345] axes map: z, -y, x Afterwards, attach a USB-C cable between the Pi and the module and refer to the Klipper docs on how to measure resonances.

Side Notes

I didn't realize that the mounting holes for the Mellow module lined up with the original mount until the print was done. Of course clearance issues happened trying to jam it in, so portions had to be shaved or downright deleted.

It's official - those modules are almost drop-in replacements for the generic ADXL345 modules. With an RP2040 built-in you wouldn't even need to worry about twisted pairs and soldering.
