Ender3s1 Z-Brace

I decided to use a 20mm curtain rod for the Z-brace, mostly because I didn't like the jagged threaded rod and I have to say it looks f*ing ROD.

- No Z-height got sacrificed. - Some X-axis stiffness is also gained. - Printer gets narrower (display). - Comfortable (compared to M10 rods) handle to grab and lift the printer Glue the rod in in place (or heat the rod and melt it) in the top part and the bottom part will clamp it and you can square the z-axis there.

All files need to be printed twice and one copy needs to be mirrored.

One screw hole for the bottom right clamp is reused from the original display holder. All holes in the aluminium got tapped with M5 threads. Remove upper front cover screws before drilling. There are already threads in the beam on top of the Z-Axis, but you will need to shorten the new screw because of the existing screws. The upper screws holding on the front cover also need to be shortened, or a spacer added. They can still be recessed without shortening.

The display holder gets clamped with M6 screws I directly tapped in the plastic.
