Prusa XL C270 Camera Mount

Camera Mount for Logitech C270 Webcam for Prusa XL 3d printer.

The C270 Webcam is a ubiquitous choice for 3d printer monitoring cameras, so this XL add on adds to that pile of compatible designs

The core-xy part replaces the stock Prusa part, and the camera arm is inserted to the dovetails without fasteners. I was able to print both parts without supports. The corexy-front-right part should be printed from PETG and the camera arm can be printed from PLA or PETG.

The camera can be attached to the camera arm using an M3x25mm bolt with an m3 heat set, or an M3x30 bolt with an M3 nut.

USB Cameras can be setup with Octoprint , to PrusaConnect using Prusa's official method . I didn't like either of these methods, so my buddy made a custom solution which can run multiple instances on a raspberry pi. Try that solution out here .
