Ultra Silent PSU Should + Switch mounts

This is a remix of WellFan by OderWat .

Main mods

- 92mm fan - changed the fan grill - added chamfers to fan screw holes so they end up flush with the surface - added holes for 3 toggle switches Minor changes

- tweaked the breakouts in the bottom piece to make them easier for me to open *add some clearance gap to the alignment tabs for the top and bottom pieces.

- added chamfers everywhere to help accommodate fitment and reduce finishing steps because I'm still having a problem with excess filament at edges. (tackling that next) *tweak screw hole sizes

P.S.: I also added the Fusion 360 file so people can remix it for their printers / different sockets.
