Описание

This is a linear rail adaptor for the Ender 5 with a Micro Swiss Direct Drive.

Bill of material

- 2 x 350mm MGN12H linear rails for the Y axes - 1 x 300mm MGN12H linear rail for the X axe - 4 x GT2 idler for the Y axes - 14 x M3x8mm bolts - About 40 - 50 x M3x8mm botls + T nuts (sorry I don't remember the exact count) - 10 x M5x16mm bolts + nuts - 4 x M5x20mm bolts + nuts for the idlers - 4 x M2x16mm bolts for the Micro Swiss DD belt adaptor - About 220mm GT2 6mm belt for the Y axes (you should be able to use stock X axe belt) - 2 x 2mm insert for the X endstop adaptor

Printing

- Filament: PLA , PLA+ (for rigidity) - Layer height: 0.2mm - Infill: 50 - 80%

Assembly

It's less complicated than it seems!

Your hot end will be 6 - 8mm higher than with the wheels. So print some bed spacers to raise the bed if needed (depends on your hot end).

The Y end stop don't need any modification. But the X end stop needs to be raised. Check that linear rail and the end stop are correctly placed when the hot end reach the bed's borders.

The Micro Swiss DD belt adaptors are not mandatory, but they help keeping the X belt horizontal. This is not a perfect solution, but at least they should work with most of the cooling devices (I have a Satsana on mine). Screw them before screwing the DD to the X adaptor.
