Edit: This appears to be correct for the first batch only. If yours has more holes then this backplate will be incorrect. Check the remixed version for the updated backplate if you have that one.

Reverse engineered to allow others to create custom toolheads.

Personally, if you're designing a toolhead I'd ignore this part and bolt it directly to the MGN12H block as this part deforms very easily due to the design of the belts being clamped between this plate and the MGN12H block.
