Hadley finder mount (metric)

The default Hadley finder is a great start but has no magnification and often falls out of alignment. This mount allows for attaching the popular and cheap Celestron 5x24 finder scope or any scope with a similar base to the telescope upper-tier assembly.

You will also need:

- M4 10mm socket head screw - 4 - M4 16mm socket head screw - 2 - M4 nut - 2 Printing:

- print with the flat surface down, no supports are needed. - Layer height 0.3mm or less - Recommended 3 walls and 3 top and bottom layers. Assembly:

- Disassemble the finder scope from its base - Use the 10mm screws to attach the base to the mount. - Use the 16mm screws and nuts to attach the mount to the telescope, tighten the screws until the mount is solidly attached to the telescope. - Reattach the finder scope to its base. Note! This was only tested on a metric Hadley, it might not fit on the imperial one.
