Monitor LED Light Bar

This monitor led bar is intended to be used with a 12mm LED strip or narrower. Personally I have put an SK6812 RGBWW led-strip in there.

The diffuser can best be printed in white. It's one layer 0.2mm thick white PETG in my case. A textured plate will increase diffusion, but is not necessary.

The LED-channel and the top hinge part snap together and the hinge can be completed with a rubber O-ring (M4x2 or M5x2) and an M3x30 bolt and nut (tighten to your desired friction level).

I have also added bracket parts with rounded corners. Whatever suits your aesthetic.

I used the following settings to print in 1.75 PLA with 0.4 nozzle:

top shell layers 2

bottom shell layers 2

infill 15% grid

raft or brim no

support not if oriented right way up (check the photo)
