Filament Sensor

I would like to introduce you to my filament sensor. I have designed it to be easy to install, reliable and wear-resistant.

The filament is guided through PTFE tubes and runs over 2 ball bearings, one is suspended on arms and actuates the end switch (Creality standard). The combination of PTFE tube and ball bearing means that there is almost no wear.

Assembly is simple, as the parts are only inserted and the housing halves clipped together.

Ich stelle euch hier meinen Filamentsensor vor. Ich habe ihn einfach montierbar, zuverlässig und verschleißfest konstruiert.

Das Filament wird durch PTFE-Schläuche geführt und läuft über 2 Kugellager, eines davon ist an federnden Armen aufgehängt und betätigt den Endschalter (Creality Standard). Durch die Kombination aus PTFE-Schlauch und Kugellager entsteht so gut wie kein Verschleiß.

Die Montage ist einfach, da die Teile einfach nur eingelegt und die Gehäusehälften zusammengeklippt werden.

There are 2 variants of the sensor housing and 2 holders into which the filament sensor is clipped:

V1: open filament feed (used when the filament is not fed to the sensor via PTFE tubing)

Es gibt 2 Varianten des Sensorgehäuses und 2 Halter in die der Filamentsensor auch nur geklippt wird:

V1: offene Filamentzuführung (wird wenn das Filament nicht per PTFE-Schlauch zum Sensor geführt wird)

V2: Filament feed via PTFE tube (PTFE tube must be used)

V2: Filamentzuführung per PTFE-Schlauch (PTFE-Schlauch muss verwendet werden)
