- enhance symmetry by adding extra material on the left (front view). - elongate diffuser and frame to fit perfectly on the cover v1.2 v1.1

- added extra material around the entire display to prevent light penetration from LEDs (there must still be a small gap to cover all display size tolerances) - implemented a double-height wall reducing LED light penetration under the LCD - removed material that was blocking the LCD cables - new LCD knob design New knob printed on very smooth print surface.

INSTALLATION

Important: For the installation of the supports and PE connector, I highly recommend referring to the official Prusa assembly manual. Having it handy will ensure accurate and efficient installation.

Printed parts

- frame (PETG) - LCD cover (PC-CF/PETG) - LCD knob (PC-CF/PETG) - LED diffuser (PETG transparent) - LCD knob ring (PETG) —————————————————————————————————————————————————

- Ensure, that printed supports in the rectangular opening for USB are removed. —————————————————————————————————————————————————

2. Insert the LED diffuser from inside into the LCD cover.

Notice the correct orientation of the parts.

3. Push the diffuser down and check it is flush with the surface from the opposite side.

4. Insert the LCD board (with lcd supports if needed) into the LCD cover.

5. Secure all parts together by tightening the original M3 screws.

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SCREWS! Otherwise, the LCD will not function properly.

6. Push the LCD knob ring onto the LCD encoder pin. Push it all the way down.

7. Push the LCD knob on the encoder pin.

8. This is optional. Slide the frame along the edges of the LCD cover. Notice the shape above the USB port.
