Filament Rolle Umlenkung

Im Zusammenhang mit meiner

Umlenkrolle IKEA LACK ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6023827 )

habe ich festgestellt, dass das Filament immer sehr schräg in den Extruder eingezogen wird. Daher habe ich diese Umlenk-Rolle für den Prusa konstruiert, die auf einer Stange hin und her wandern kann (Tänzer Rolle) um das Filament immer schön senkrecht von oben einzuführen.

Dank der verbauten Kugellager ist das Konstrukt sehr leichtgängig. (Die Photos sind nicht während eines Drucks entstanden!)

ca. 31cm Alu-Stange 10mm Durchmesser

2X M5 Schraube

3X Lager MR115-2RS Metall Gummi abgedichtete Kugellager (5 11 4mm)

Achtung, die Ausrichtung beim Slicen beachten und mit Support arbeiten, obwohl das Bauteil mechanisch nicht stark belastet ist.

Filament roll deflection

I realised that the filament is always fed into the extruder at an angle. That's why I designed this deflection roller for the Prusa, which can move back and forth on a rod (dancer roller) so that the filament is always fed in vertically from above.

Thanks to the built-in ball bearings, the construction is very smooth-running. (The photos were not taken during a print!)

Attention, pay attention to the alignment when slicing and work with support, although the component is not mechanically heavily loaded.
