This a Modular Cooling Solution to get the BL-Touch closer to the hotend. With those fan ducts, the BL-touch is now Zero offset on the Y axis and Sub 34mm from the hotend output on the X axis

You can do it with 5020 fans, 5015 fans, the stock fans or a combination of 2 or 3 different fans.

For the Parts Cooling Fan Ducts, you can either choose to get a little box for electronics for the fan connectors or anything else. Or print the ones without this little box which make them more compact. 5020 and 5015 Fan Ducts are available in both versions.

The parts cooling ducts output not beeing centered on the Hotend is normal. This is due to the duct curve beeing really narrow to allow the BL-touch to be closer to the hotend.

To fix everityhing you will need mostly M3 screws (various lengths) and M3x4mm inserts;

(The only exception is if you use the stock fan)

Listed screw lenghts include the screw head: 2mm

Filament with good thermal resistance highly recommandes.

Best print orientation is pictured.

Configurations:

Warning: For Any configuation, you need to print the Shroud and the BL-Touch Support to replace the original one. With The original screws, 2x M3x10mm screws and 4x M3x4mm inserts

Hotend:

1. Stock Hotend Fans

=> You need to print the 30x30 Hotend Fan Duct

=>You will need:

1 Cable extension for the fan (JST-1.25 PH 2 PIN connector)

1x M3x10mm screw ,

2x M2.5x12mm screws

2x M2.5x4mm inserts

(or original fan screws with the right inserts)

2. Stock Parts Cooling fan becomes Hotend Fan

=> You need to print the 40x40 Hotend Fan Duct

=>You will need:

2x M3x10mm screws

2x M2.5x10mm screws

2x M2.5x4mm inserts

3. You choose the 5015 Hotend Fan Duct

=> You need to print the 5015 Hotend Fan Duct

=>You will need:

2x M3x20mm screws

2x M3x12mm screws

2x M3x4mm inserts

4. You choose the 5020 Hotend Fan Duct

=> You need to print the 5020 Hotend Fan Duct

=> You will need:

2x M3x25mm screws

2x M3x12mm screws
