Offset 2020 mount

This is an updated 2020 mount, designed with improved aesthetics by concealing the edges of the extrusions. Additionally, I've eliminated the bottom gap, enhancing its appearance—the bottom now faces the front of the printer, and despite excellent bridging capabilities, the original hole detracted from its look.

I use this model personally to attach the ERCF to the side of the printer. It is perfectly suited for mounting the ERCF at an angle. For more details, please visit: Steeper Angle ERCF Extrusion Mount .

The model is available in four variants:

To decide if you need the 3.4(standard) or 6.4 variation, please measure the distance from your extrusion to the top of the side panels. If it,s close to 3.4 use the standard, if it's much thicker than 3.4, use the 6.4 variation. Please also see the 2nd photo to see what exactly is the difference.

- Standard Mount (mount.stl): The basic version. - Recessed Mount (mount_recessed.stl): Features M5 bolt holes that are recessed to conceal the bolt heads, attaching the part seamlessly to the extrusion. - Mount 6.4 (mount_6.4.stl): Designed for thicker panels or foam, with an increased gap of 6.4mm (previously 3.4mm). - Recessed Mount 6.4 (mount_recessed_6.4.stl): Similar to Mount 6.4 but with recessed bolt holes, ideal for thicker panels or foam, enhancing both functionality and appearance.

Printing Instructions

Tested with ABS, PLA, and PETG should work fine as well I think. Use default Voron print settings, no support is needed.
