BTT SFS v2.0 Mount Adapter for Neptune 4 Series

This simple adapter that leverages the existing filament sensor mount on the Neptune 4 series to mount the BIGTREETECH Smart Filament Sensor v2.0.

Try this out with my Bowden adapter for OrzOrzOrz's Neptune 4 shroud with KUSBA spacing

Bill of Materials

- Neptune 4 Series Filament Mount - BTT SFS v2.0 - 3x - M3x6mm Socket Head Bolts (included with BTT SFS v2.0) - 1x - M3 Long Threaded Insert (4.6mm diameter x 5.7mm length) - 1x - M3x16mm Socket/Button Head Bolt Note: You can probably use a short M3 threaded insert if required

Print Settings

- 4 Perimeters/walls - 100% infill - 0.2mm layer height - 0.4mm line width - 5 top and bottom layers - Parts are pre oriented in the correct position for printing - No supports required Installation

- Remove the screw from the back of the Elegoo filament sensor (leaving the pivot mount attached to the filament holder) - Install threaded insert into center hole on adapter (either side of the adapter should be okay) - Attach adapter to BTT SFS v2.0 using the included M3x6 bolts - Use M3x16 bolt to attach the adapter to the existing sensor's pivot mount
