MMU3 spool holder retrofit for Prusa MK3/MMU2S LACK enclosure

The project file is for one adapter set (minus the tube clip, which is posted with “MMU3 buffer retrofit for Prusa MK3/MMU2S LACK enclosure”). Print five sets. Print settings in the model are PETG, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 5 bottom layers, 0 top layers, 15% honeycomb infill (0% infill for the spoolholder adapter locks).

To assemble:

Insert a tube clip into the hole in the adapter. Clip the adapter to the spool holder (squeeze it to get it through the uprights). Make sure it is firmly seated, then install the adapter locks.

The PTFE tubes to the spoolholder in the example have been shortened to 450mm. Slack can be adjusted by moving the tubing through the clip (see the cover picture - tubes are the same length).
