Prusa MK4 part cooling fan door for longer nozzle, Volcano

This is a remix of the original Prusa MK4 part that's used to mount the part cooling fan and shroud. It moves the shroud lower for use with longer nozzles such as Volcano and it's compatible with the original shroud as well as any shrouds designed for the standard MK4 nozzle configuration. There are several versions that differ in how much the shroud is moved:

- 8.5mm : intended for Volcano nozzle. It can also be used with a melt zone extender with equivalent dimensions, e.g. this one: https://a.co/d/2q6uBAy (when used with a standard E3D V6 12.5mm long nozzles). This is the version shown on the photos. - 10.5mm . This one can be used with 23mm nozzles (e.g. those made for Creality K1). - 13mm: Melt zone extender with a 17mm nozzle (e.g. those that are made for Ender 3 V3 SE or AnkerMake). The new door is mounted with the same hardware as the original one, but one of the screws has to be moved to a different corner. You can also use a small zip tie to affix the wire on top.

In the last version (marked R6) improved wire routing and added a small clip to ensure the wire stays where it should be.
