Nerf Gonkin' PCARs

This is my version of a PCAR designed specifically for flywheel nerf blasters!

These PCAR muzzles have thin lands with a 12.75mm ID, ensuring a good grip on the dart foam, and being thin enough for them to have as little friction as possible on the dart, therefore reducing FPS less.

From testing, these decreased FPS by about 5 or 10fps, but massively improved accuracy. I have not done a full on test with the muzzle, but I know its a significant improvement to not using it at all, especially if your blaster already has wide groupings.

There are 4 versions of each PCAR included, one with 3 lands and another with 6. 3 Lands offers improved accuracy with fresh darts, whilst 6 lands will drop FPS more but retain accuracy with used darts, useful for those who rely on a community dart pool (Credits to ChickenMaster99 for testing). Since 15/09/2025, I have added 2 more PCARs which have a 5 and 10 degree twist. In theory this will add some spin to the dart as it leaves the barrel, potentially making it more accurate. You would want less twist for higher FPS.

I have included PCARS for 5 different nerf designs:

- GnK PCAR, designed for GnK-90, GnK-200, and my gryphon rifles muzzle cage

- FDL3 PCAR, for the FDL-3 and FDL-GONK

- Stryfe PCAR, for the Nerf Stryfe (50mm L, 19mm ID)

- Nightingale 1.0 PCAR (Untested with Nightingale 2.0)

- MS-GnK PCAR, similar to GnK PCAR but using a BNC style barrel fitting

I have included a .step file with the models, as well as a Main PCAR component, which is the bare bones PCAR not adapted to fit any specific blaster.

Print Notes:

- For best results, get the muzzle SLA printed in Resin, this removed layer lines and created a smooth surface for the darts to grip onto.

- With FDM printing, make sure you are on random seam alighment, and ideally a low layer height, below 0.2mm

- I HIGHLY recommend against getting the muzzle SLS printed in Nylon, this adds a lot of friction to the surface and will cause darts to get stuck and jam inside.
