Warco WM250V Lathe Dial indicator holder

It clamps onto the bed of the lathe and screws onto the tab on the back of a dial indicator.

The back of the indicator plunger fouls the headstock when the carriage is close to it but with a 25mm indicator, it only reduces the carriage travel by 4.5mm.

Required hardware:

- 3mm brass rod: 16-18mm long (for pivot) - 30mm M4 bolt hexagon head - M4 nut - 16mm M6 bolt - M6 half nut Printing

I recommend PETG. There are 3 parts to print. The brass rod can be tapped into the hinge with a hammer.

The Top and Arm should be printed on their sides and the Thumb Screw with the hex down.

Supports required on the hinge and in the hex of the thumb screw.
