120mm Fan Sovol SV08 Mainboard Cooling Plate with Speed adjustment

h' I remixed the model from Richard Ferrington for 120mm Fans.

Maybe its needed to print Spacer Feets to allow more Airflow https://www.printables.com/de/model/867321-sovol-sv08-low-profile-vibration-isolation-feet

i used the 35mm spacer Feets. Works well

20% infill

4 - M3x25 bolts

4 - M4x4x6mm Threaded inserts for fans.

For Speed Adjustment based on the temperature of the Mainboard do following Steps:

Go via mainsail to your Printer.cfg

comment out with # the following 3 lines:

[fan_generic fan3] # exhaust fan pin: PA2 max_power: 1.0

Paste this in:

[temperature_fan fan3] pin: PA1 kick_start_time: 0.5 max_power: 1.0 min_temp: 0 max_temp: 90 hardware_pwm: true target_temp: 60 sensor_type: temperature_host max_speed: 1.0 min_speed: 0.1 control: pid pid_Kp: 2.0 ;40 pid_Ki: 5.0 ;0.2 pid_Kd: 0.5 ;0.1 pid_deriv_time: 2.0

save and restart klipper.
