K1/C/Max OEM Style BTT HDMI 5 V1.2 Screen Mount

This is a mount to suit a BigTreeTech HDMI 5 touchscreen. I designed this mount for use on the Creality K1 series printers based on the original touchscreen case to maintain an OEM aesthetic when modifying a K1.

17/08/24 - In the spirit of the 3D printing community, I've added the f3d and step files to help anyone else that would like to remix this design.

Recommended Print Settings

Material: Whatever you like. I used CF-ASA.

Nozzle : 0.4 Layer height : 0.1-0.2 Walls count : 3 Top/bottom layers : 4 Infill : 20% Cross-Hatch

Recommended Orientation & Support Settings

These models are pre-orientated, and will require some supports.

I recommend using Manual tree hybrid supports on the areas visible in the attached photos. Depending on how well your cooling is dialed in, you may also wish to use supports inside the cable channel as the top wall is at a 14* angle. This printed fine without supports on mine, but YRMV.
