Behringer Powerplay P1 battery cover

The latch of the original cover is too flimsy and will break off easily. This replacement cover is not an identical copy (with the same problem), but uses a different latch spring concept.

Since this lid will sit slightly deeper inside the battery holder, you don't need a thick foam strip like on the original. Instead, you can use some self-adhesive foam, felt or fabric, to prevent battery rattle. If you don't like seeing the battery through the slots, cover the battery with something black, like a piece of cloth. I haven't done this, because I find it handy to immediately see if there's a battery inside or not.

This design can be printed without supports. I have printed this design with PETG filament, because of its sturdiness.

Don't want the ‘P1’ text on top? Simply stop printing at height 4mm.
