GT2 belt idler pulley mount for V-Slot aluminum extrusion profile.

- Print with no supports. - Easy to mount and service. - Ideal for belt driven v-slot carriage. - Focused on providing the longest possible travel distance. - Back side of the belt can be hidden in the grove (2020) or inside the profile (2040). - Tested with PLA and PET-G. Compatible hardware:

- V-Slot aluminum extrusion 2020 and 2040 - M5x20 screw (preferable ISO 7380-1) - M5 standard nut (DIN 934 / ISO 4032) - GT2 6mm belt - GT2 6mm 20T pulley (⌀5mm shaft, ⌀18 x 8.7mm) Designed in Onshape.
