Fly USB ADXL345 Accelerometer / Input Shaping for Ender-3 V3 SE X and Y axis - REMIX

This is a simple remix of a remix - because I love heatset inserts.

Credit to Anatoly Kharkov for the ingenious dual purpose clip/mount design:

- Fits both the X and Y axes for the Ender-3 V3 SE - The clip is a nice secure fit on the bed - Easy to swap between printhead X and bed Y - Can be left attached to the printhead for storage (if you don't mind the extra weight) - no collisions on a stock E3V3SE - Elegant curvy design looks cool! - 2 x M3x4mm OD5mm heatset inserts - 2 x M3x8mm machine screws - 2 x M3x6mm machine screws Assembly

- Insert the heatsets so they are just flush with the surface - careful not to push them through the back. - Sandwich the PCB between a couple of printed washers to avoid shorting or damaging any components on the heatsets and/or screws. - Use M3x8 to fix the ‘sandwich’ to the heatsets. - Remove the M3x4mm factory screws on the right of the printhead (Don't forget to save them to revert to stock later) - Use the M3x6 screws to attach the assembly to the printhead to measure the X axis. - Remove and clip to the front of the print bed to measure the Y axis. I generally print accessories for my printers using standard Voron settings.

These are the settings I used, feel free to experiment.

- Filament: PETG (because I figured it needs a bit of flex for the bed clip) - 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height - No supports or brim required - I always print a couple of extra washers - they are very small and occasionally one might move on the bed and fail Note

This has been designed for the Mellow Fly USB ADXL345 accelerometer which has M3 mounting holes. Check the diameter of your ADXL PCB as other brands may use M2.5 or M2 and won't fit this model.
