Leverless Controller - Sanwa buttons

An RP2040-based, 12-button (w/ 4 push buttons) leverless pad w/ Sanwa arcade buttons + OLED screen and USB passthrough.

It was built with GP2040-CE in mind ( Github , Main site ), and designed to be printed on smaller beds with a max size of 157mm x 170mm x 40mm.

Notes

The photos of the wiring are an earlier version of the model that had a different features (magnet placement, join placements and no backing on the push buttons).

Print settings

Layer size: 0.1mm, first layer 0.09mm

Material: Regen PHA @ 210ºC first layer, 205ºC other layers

Bed temp: 20ºC

Speed: 40mm/s

Prints with minimal supports (mostly on the magnet holder on the top left/right parts) and the USB passthrough (depending on how good bridging is on your machine).

Inspiration

I was heavily inspired by other leverless controller options here, mostly this one and this one . But, I wanted a combination of the two, and a USB passthrough to work on PS4/5 and Xbox One/Series.
