You want to enable your Anycubic Vyper to use dual-extrusion with two extruders, switched using relays, a double bowden extruder for StealthBurner, extrusion head

More parts, details and combinations are comming soon.

This is my model to fix two BMG/Trianglelab extruders and two BigTreeTech filament sensors to the horizontal extruder mounting plate of my Anycubic Vyper. Use a standard or capricon PTFE tube to connect both filament sensors with the respective extruder.

#### You can use extruders in all combinations: * two R-variant extruders * two L-variant extruders * one R-variant extruder and one L-variant extruder

- Use the original M3 screws (with length 37 mm) to fix the first extruder to the horizontal mounting plate which was used for the original extruder on the vyper too. Use Support to break out the holes used to hide the cylindrical head of the screws used - To mount the BigTreeTech filament sensors you can use the 8mm long M3 screws delivered in the package - To mount the second BMG/Trianglelab extruder you should use the 35mm long M3 screws delivered in the package

### Attention: ### For use with ultra low profile stepper motors (Trianglelab delivered them)

Do not try to fix the extruder with to much force or try to screw the screws deeper into your motors holes. I tried to screw a bit too long screws into the very low profile stepper motors. Consequently the screw reached the end of the not deep enough hole in my motors aluminum block, I tried to tighten it a bit more since my extruder was mounted just loosely to my motor and then the winding was pulled out of my motor block. This procedure was even supported by the limit stop created by the black screws which were used to hold together the two parts of my motor block. Later on I used four washers of size (d=3mm,D=5mm) under the black screws to get one to two millimeters (1-2mm) more depth out of the motor block. The black screws were able to hold together my motor block even with one to two (1-2) millimeters less of effective screw length.

#### Tips: Usually if you use 37mm screws (dark screws for original vypers extruder) to fix the first extruder and the 35mm screws (white screws delivered with Trianglelab extruder) my design is made to fit using those screws without the need for additional washers!!!

Or simply just buy the extruders from BMG or Trianglelab and buy stronger and therefore better high profile motors separately (This will enable you to use e.g. 40mm screws for both extruders).

If you buy Trianglelabs new improved housing for R-variant extruder together with a R-variant-Extruder and a L-variant-Extruder you are able to select between two R-variant-Extruders and a mirrored setup using a L- and a R-variant extruder.
